As part of the cluster business support team you will be answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages for the cluster staff. Recording and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Producing power point presentations from referral information for external meetings. Creating case files, scanning referral information to the files and archiving closed case files. Making up initial service user information packs and handbooks and ensuring that service forms, stationery and resources are kept organised and in supply. Other administrative tasks such as room bookings, travel arrangements etc. at the request of service staff.
GCSE English & Maths Grade C or above, IT Qualification
