This workshop aims to give a better understanding of addiction leading to greater clarity on the issues of self-control and choice. By understanding the nature of addiction we can have greater insight and understanding of ourselves.
This one day workshop is suitable for qualified counsellors, trainee counsellors, education and health professionals and interested members of the public. Addiction will be explored from a Psychodynamic model and will look at the roots of this presentation.
The workshop is taught in small class style to enable interaction between trainer and student.
