Succession Planning for Community Groups

Succession planning needs to be part of the day-to-day work of charities and community organisations - not just something for emergencies. It is particularly important now in the Community & Voluntary Sector as organisations look to properly equip themselves for the post-pandemic world.

In this session we hope to demystify succession planning and look at ways in which we can prepare for, and cope with, change of staff and/or the loss of key people in groups or organisations.
