This timely seminar will examine the future for infrastructure development in Northern Ireland, including how best to direct recent funding allocations to maximise economic objectives and develop an effective transport network for the future.

Delegates will discuss the priorities for developing interconnected transport networks to support economic development - including key economic corridors and transport routes across Northern Ireland and between North and South - and the promotion of public transport networks and hubs in Northern Ireland’s cities.

Further sessions will look at the latest thinking in tackling challenges to completing major infrastructure projects such as the A5, A6 and the York Street Interchange. Sessions will also consider the future of North-South collaboration, and priorities for long-term investment and strategic planning for transport infrastructure in Northern Ireland post-Brexit.
