What is the Course?

Level 2 Award in First Aid for Sport

As a Training Organisation, The Training and Recruitment House is accredited by TQUK/HABC/CIEH/IOSH. This course leads to certification in the TQUK Level 2 Award in First Aid for Sport

What can I do once I complete the Course?

This Course will allow you to apply basic first aid techniques to a variety of situations from conscious to unconscious casualties as well as dealing with breathing and non-breathing casualties.

How long does the Course take?

The Course takes around 16 hours in total.  It is normally delivered over 2 days or 4 evenings.

Is there a test at the end of the Course? 

This course is assessed by the Trainer throughout the training time as well as completion of 2 multiple choice examinations.   You must participate to qualify and pass!

How is the Course delivered?  What will I learn?

The Course is very interactive and you will be supplied with all materials.  You will learn about resuscitation, placing individuals in the recovery position, treating common sports injuries.
