As a leader you should be able to build a team, inspire your team, manage and motivate the team. What does engaging your team really mean? How will you understand how change affects your team?
This packaged ILM Level 3 award will improve your understanding of team dynamics by learning how different leadership styles get the best from your team. As a manager, you want your team to produce the best work they can, but what is the best way to achieve this?
You will learn how to set targets and how to use techniques to manage your team’s work. Within the sessions you will learn how change may affect a team and also how to motivate your team to work together.
You will be required to attend two training days (8 & 15 March, 10am to 4pm), complete a workbook and two assignments.
