Lap the Lough for SImon Community

Lap the Lough is an annual cycling challenge in which participants cycle 140km around Lough Neagh. We are recruiting keen cyclists to raise sponsorship for Simon Community by taking part in Lap the Lough.

We’re recruiting cyclists and cycling clubs who are up for the challenge of Lap the Lough to raise sponsorship for Simon Community NI.  Are you up for the challenge of cycling 140km and helping end homelessness?

We are N.I.’s homelessness charity and last year alone we received over 33,000 phone calls to our free phone helpline. We need to raise £1million this year to keep our services open so that we can continue to give support to those at risk of and those who already are homeless. We have also found that in the last year there has been an increase in the number of young people presenting as homeless, this makes 47% of our service users under 25.

If you are intending to cycle for Simon this year we can send you out a participants 'Pedal Pack', this includes a Simon Community tshirt and a sponsorship form.

Contact Julie on 02890 232882 or email [email protected] to let us know.

I look forward to hearing from you!
