The primary objective of any business, including social enterprises, is to become self-sustainable. This financial independence allows the social enterprise to invest in its people, its infrastructure and its mission, if relevant.
This workshop will focus on getting to ‘know your market’ and how to identify and reach out to your customer base and key stakeholders. It will cover:
- creating a commercial revenue stream that will achieve “long-term financial freedom
- bid writing
- where to find opportunities
- demonstrating social value
