How to get here:  From the main Derry-Limavady road, take a left turn at the Maydown roundabout.  Continue up the hill past the Maydown PSNI Station and after about 1.5 miles you will reach a crossroads.  Take a right turn and continue for approx. 200 yards – you will see the BEAM Centre on your right.
