This is a half-day experiential workshop aimed at equipping participants with a deeper understanding of the sources of conflict and some easy-to-use tools to help deal with conflict situations or crucial conversations.
9.30am - 1.00pm
Outcomes and Objectives:
At the end of this workshop, participants will have an understanding of the following:
- Conflict from a neuroscience perspective
- The role of emotions and other needs in conflict
- Triggers and the impact on conflict
- Ways to manage triggers
- Using interventions to utilise triggers to move forward through conflict positively
- Positive coaching dialogue in crucial conversations and potentially conflictual situations
- Strategies to successfully feedback (feed forward) to team members

Shelley is a Personal, Leadership and Wellbeing Coach, and lecturer with Kingstown College. She specializes in Leadership, Resilience and Communication especially Conflict Management, Performance and Development and Individual and Corporate Wellbeing. Her passion is resilience-building and assisting leaders and teams to manage conflict and crucial conversations well.
