ChangeMaker is a unique training experience that blends powerful yet subtle art and coaching techniques. You will learn how to build an inclusive, equitable, and more productive work environment, and along the way you'll gain applicable skills, and explore an artistic side you may not even know you had!
Guided by both a WheelWorks artist and an executive coach, you will gain a fascinating insight into your own perceptions, stereotypes, and misconceptions, so that you can connect better with those with values, heritage, biases, and experiences different to your own. Plus, you'll create your own art piece to take away and keep!
ChangeMaker will help you go beyond your organisational EDI requirements, and equip you with the skills that can help change your working environment into one that truly benefits everyone.

The programme is split into 3 sessions, and you can choose to attend online or in person - you can attend an individual session or all 3 depending on your knowledge and experience.- - --
