Belfast Mood Walk

3rd Annual Belfast Mood Walk
Belfast Mood Walk

Join us in a fun filled 5k or 10k evening walk with your family and friends taking in Barnett Demesne, Shaws Bridge and Mary Peters track this summer to lift your mood and raise money to support more people living with depression.

Starting from the Mary Peters track, where we’ll light up the evening in support of Aware, walk 10k or 5k with friends and family, and finish by relaxing in the summer evening with your picnic.

After completing the walk, settle down and enjoy the evening celebrations with live music from Kaz Hawkins, we guarantee we will lift your mood by the end of the walk.

Exercise is good for you and it lifts your mood. Put it to the test and try our mood board and see if it works! Join us in this colourful mood lifting walk.

Registration is £10 and we are asking walkers to raise as much as they can to help people affected by depression.

All money raised is put directly back into the services of AWARE and helping to support and educate people on the illness of depression and bipolar disorder in Northern Ireland.
