Aim of Training: To build on learning from awareness sessions and develop skills that promote a trauma sensitive response ***This training is accredited by the Safeguarding Board for Northern Ireland and not Ofqual Regulated through Qualsafe.*** Dates: Tue 23rd June 2020 9:30am – 12:30pm or Wed 1st July 2020 9:30am – 12:30pm

Aim of Training: To build on learning from awareness sessions and develop skills that promote a trauma sensitive response

 

Objectives: You will be able to-

• State key objectives of ACE and trauma sensitive training

• Enhance your skills and confidence to use a trauma sensitive LENS in order to support and develop resilience for those you work with

• Identify the impact of secondary and vicarious trauma

• Identify ways in which you can support the health and wellbeing of all staff, including volunteers
