January is often seen as a time to concentrate on being healthy! A series of Health Fairs are happening soon to offer people advice and guidance on keeping healthy!

The Patient and Client Council is holding a public roadshow in the Old Town Hall, Banbridge on Wednesday 3rd December 2014 to give people the opportunity to ask leaders and decision makers about local and regional Health and Social Care services.

The Patient and Client Council is running a series of Road Shows across Northern Ireland to give people the opportunity to talk to a panel of leaders and decision makers about local and regional Health and Social Care services.

The Patient and Client Council is committed to making it easier for people to raise a concern or make a complaint about Health and Social Care. One of the ways its doing this is by opening local Complaints Clinics across Northern Ireland.

Information compiled by Health and Social Care professionals on nutrition and malnutrition is now available online.

The Patient and Client Council is calling for high quality, safe care for older people in their own homes.

Today the Patient and Client Council has opened a dedicated freephone, helpline for people in Northern Ireland to share their views and experiences of Accident and Emergency and Out of Hours services.
