The human well being resource aspect of the organisation lies at the heart of its existence and provides a critical service for the people and communities of the Larne and surrounding area

We also manufacture mop heads and AEL is Northern Ireland’s only mop manufacturer.
In August 2012 we moved to new premises which enabled us to provide a better working environment for our employees and clients and also gave us the ability to offer office space and classrooms for rent.
AEL works closely with the Northern Health and Social Care Trust and provides day opportunities for people with mental health problems and learning disabilities. Individuals improve their interpersonal skills and develop self confidence and self esteem through being given the opportunity to work as part of a team and complete tasks.
