Vespa World Days 2018

Any time that you can spare will make a huge difference ! 

Roles Available: 

Vespa Village- Volunteers required to be within the Vespa Village to guide people, man the front of the stage, ask people to take surveys.

Registration / Secure Parking- Volunteers will be required to stay within the Registration / Secure Parking area.  Within registration to check each person has a ticket and a World Club Membership, provide necessary wrist bands, hand out goodie bags.  Secure Parking requires volunteers to ensure that people to do attempt to sit on bikes, remove bikes from the area without having the corresponding wrist band.  Volunteers required also at the exit gate to ensure number wrist band matches with number on bike. 

Vespa Museum - Volunteers required inside the Andrews Gallery to direct people, ask people to take surveys, ensure no one sits on the bikes.

Gala Dinner- Volunteers required to be at entrance to gala dinner and ensure they have the correct wristband to enter attend the meal.  They are also required to remain during the course of the meal to ensure no entry by the public or attendees who do not have the correct ticket. 

Campsite- Volunteers required to be at the campsite to provide help, directions to any member camping.
