Support Worker

We are currently looking for caring individuals who are looking for a challenging but rewarding career to join us at our Supported Housing Project in Magherafelt.
Our Supported Housing Projects provide support for vulnerable young people aged between 16-21 years old to be able to develop the skills to help them live independently.
Can you:
- Offer emotional and practical support to vulnerable young people?
- Work with challenging behaviours?
- Form and maintain relationships to help support our service users?
- Be competent to ‘lone work’ if required?
- Be flexible to the changing needs of our service users?
- Establish and maintain communication with other support agencies?
- Maintain accurate and up to date records?
