Stroke Association Support Coordinator - Speech & Language Therapist;Home-based Southern Trust & South Eastern Trust

Thus ensuring service users receive the right support at the right time through a pathway of solutions and options, developed and provided by the Stroke Recovery Service. As a Stroke Association Speech and Language Therapist you will deliver a structured speech and language therapy programme to stroke survivors living with aphasia / communication disabilities post stroke. You will be an integral part of the services team and will act as a link between speech and language therapy service users and other Stroke Association service coordinators.
