Currently, we have an interesting Vacancy for a Shared Lives Social Worker Post at our Families Matter Shared Lives Service, Belfast: Social Worker 18.75 hours per week £22, 237 - £24,847 FTE Temporary position to cover a period of Maternity leave (expected to finish March 31 2019) What we expect of you • Recruit, support and complete assessments of Shared Lives Carers • Provide support to Shared Lives Carers who provide placements for people with learning disability. • Carry out Reviews and Home Visits. (Monitoring) • Follow Policy and Procedure and ensure placements comply with the relevant Adult Placement Regulation. • Work within the requirements of relevant legislation, regulation, policy and best practice.
