The overall purpose of the post is to support the development of individuals with a learning disability through the effective planning and delivery of accredited/non accredited training and social activity programmes which will meet their individual needs
Essential criteria includes:-
- Educated to RQF Level 2 (including GCSE Maths and English grades A*-C) or equivalent
- Paid work experience in a learning disability or other relevant setting
- Experience of delivering training/activity programmes in a group setting
- Experience of having developed training/activity programmes and associated training materials to meet learner needs
