Inspire Mental Health provides support services to people with experience of mental health problems and is part of the Inspire Group which is the largest mental health, learning disabilities and wellbeing charity in Northern Ireland.

Inspire Mental Health are recruiting a team of Crisis Service Senior Project Workers and Relief Crisis Service Senior Project Workers for a new pilot Crisis De-escalation Service based at Elmwood Avenue, Belfast.  This service will provide one-off intervention for clients who present in social or emotional crisis and will operate each weekend from Friday at 6.00 pm through to Monday at noon.  Shifts available are 12.5 hours on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and 6 hours on a Monday.
