Action for Children Clooney Family Centre is funded by the Western Health and Social Care Trust to provide a range of family support services across the waterside area of the City for Children aged 0 - 12 years and their families.

As Manager of Clooney Family Centre your will be responsible for leading a team of social work and social care staff to provide a high-quality customer focused service.

By developing effective working relationships with colleagues and partner agencies including commissioners

By providing a high quality, customer focused service to children and families

By applying Action for Children's professional practice standards

By establishing relationships and links within the community to assist children and their families.

What you'll need:

You will need a Social work qualification and be registered with the NISCC

You will need to have experience in Managing Social Workers and Social Care Staff.

Excellent communication skills, including IT

Ability to work unsupervised, using your own initiative to problem solve

Flexible working arrangements

The job requires the ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act.
