We have the following vacancy within the Operations department for our sister organisation, Positive Futures Ireland. The position is based in Omagh. Personal Secretary
25 – 37.5 hours per week (working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate)

You will provide a confidential personal secretarial service to the Operations Manager. You may be required to provide support at meetings in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) which must include English and Maths
• Minimum OCR / RSA Word Processing Stage 2 (or equivalent), OR Typing speed of 50-55wpm AND be proficient in the production of complex and specialist business documents
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as a secretary
• Full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes*

*This criteria is waived for those unable to meet it due to disability
