We are seeking a Payroll Service Manager to lead a small team. The service is used by disabled people who employ personal assistants. The successful candidate will have solid working knowledge of payroll and excellent customer service skills.
In addition to the processing of multiple payrolls, the successful candidate will be responsible for service delivery, process improvement and the management, motivation and development of the payroll team. The successful candidate will come from a high volume environment. The ideal candidate will be CIPP qualified.
