The Prince's Trust Northern Ireland is currently seeking a full time Outcomes & Awards Manager.

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

The Prince's Trust Northern Ireland is currently seeking a full time Outcomes & Awards Manager.

The outcomes team maximises the chances for our young people to achieve success at the end of our programmes by building links with local employers, education, training and apprenticeship providers. They find work opportunities for our programmes and opportunities for young people after our programmes.

Development Awards are cash grants of up to GBP 500 to support for young people aged 16 to 30 to access education, training or work opportunities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • To develop and manage key relationships with agencies and organisations that can provide young people with outcome opportunities

  • Manage the Outcomes and Awards function in line with annual KPI's, targets and budgets

  • Support the budgeted number of young people through the programme/function, helping them to achieve a positive outcome

  • Deliver the programme/function in line with the Toolkits and minimum standard

  • Manage the communication between the outcomes & awards team and delivery teams to advertise and communicate the outcomes and funding opportunities to young people
