Include Youth is a not-for-profit organisation that works to promote and protect the rights and best interests of vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. We achieve this through direct services to young people, policy advocacy and practitioner support

Funded by Comic Relief's The Queen's Young Leaders grant fund, Include Youth wish to recruit a Youth Peer Mentor to the 'Meant to Work' team who work with young people between the ages of 16 and 24.  The Youth Peer Mentor will work with the Transitions and Employability teams to deliver peer mentoring support to young people who have experienced multiple barriers to gaining employment.  As a Youth Peer Mentor you will be working with young people supporting them to access and then successfully maintain employment and deliver a service based on the learning from Include Youth's model of Transitional Support.

This post is funded until 31st March 2019 with possible extension to January 2020
