Local Networks Officer - Northern Ireland (Maternity cover up to 10 months)

Salary - Band E, Level 2 (£31,446- £35,761) plus excellent benefits
This is an exciting, challenging opportunity and you will be responsible for working with local groups and other local networks partners to increase the reach and impact of the MS Society's services and support for people with and affected by MS, ensuring that local groups and other local networks deliver in line with quality standards and follow MS Society policies and procedures.
As a Local Network Officer you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to achieving goals and an understanding of impact and performance measurement and its importance in service development.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of working with teams of volunteers involved in managing and delivering services; experience of increasing the reach, effectiveness or impact of a service and an understanding of change cycles and experience of working through change.
The post will cover the following areas:
Northern area which includes the Antrim, Ballymena, Belfast, Coleraine, Larne, Mid-Ulster and North Down and Ards Groups
You will be joining the Society at an exciting stage of its development and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team.
We offer 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
As these roles cover large geographical areas you will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
