We are currently recruiting for two part-time positions - 18 hours per week over three days to include Wednesdays.
Applications from suitably qualified candidates seeking a full-time, 35 hour post will also be considered.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role in a social care setting.
They will work as part of the Positive Life team, and have responsibility for the delivery of our information and support services.
