CAJ requires a qualified lawyer able to practise immigration law in the UK and with the ability to carry out social research and policy advocacy.
The purpose of this post is to lead and implement a programme of work designed to promote a positive and welcoming migration regime, using devolved powers as possible, offer expert legal support to NGOs working with migrants, monitor the activities of immigration enforcement agencies and undertake strategic litigation as appropriate and possible.
