We are pleased to offer the following positions in Bangor:

2 x HR Administrators

One permanent position and one is fixed term for one year
37.5 hours per week (flexibility considered around start and end times)

£17,000- £18,200 per anuum

Due to continued growth within the organisation in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we have new opportunities in our Human Resources department. In these roles the successful applicants will develop broad HR administration experience. They will work in a team environment in an organisation that is strong on values.

Essential criteria

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above
• Experience of having worked in an administrative role
• Experience of using MS Office (to include Word and Excel) 

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working in a HR team
• Competent using a HR system
• Membership of CIPD
• Knowledge of Northern Ireland employment legislation
• Knowledge of Republic of Ireland employment legislation
