STEP are delighted to be expanding our team due to new funding commitments. The head of advice & support services will contribute to the service delivery and provide leadership and development support to the team.
• Provide oversight of implementation of key advice & support activities ensuring effective delivery of services and meaningful outcomes for those availing of our services
• Provide direct Supervisory management of Advice / Support project co-ordinators and key staff
• Ensure effective compliance with recording, monitoring and reporting outputs and outcomes.
• Contribute at appropriate level to the strategic planning of STEP services; project design, advocacy and policy work and income generation.
