Services operate 365 days per year, 19 hours every day and deliver over 25,000 interventions every year to over 1000 vulnerable people. Working in a fast paced and challenging environment this position requires high energy staff with a non-judgemental and flexible disposition. It is important that staff can support the Welcome Organisations ethos of delivering very low threshold services setting the minimum barriers to service entry. These roles are challenging but very rewarding, with no two days ever being the same we can assure that as an employee you will never be bored.
