Emergency Accommodation Support Worker (Permanent)– Night Time Female*

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience working in a homelessness environment or experience in a similar role, working with marginalised people with a range of support needs and risks. You must be able to positively engage with homeless females and have a strong understanding of homelessness issues. It is important that staff can support the Welcome Organization’s ethos of delivering very low threshold services setting the minimum barriers to service entry.

Hours of work: 77 hours per fortnight (usually worked 4 nights on and 3 nights off). 

Starting at 9.30pm and finishing at 8.30am

Salary: £9.54 per hour
