Electrician

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• To ensure that all incoming material is safety checked and that all outgoing material is compliance with current electrical regulations and safety requirements.
• Responsible for training and supervision of trainees/employees.
• To work with senior management in identifying the training needs of each trainee/employee.
• Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to and that protective clothing, safety aids, and proper working procedures are used at all times.
• To build a strong team and promote and create a harmonious working atmosphere.
• To be responsible for setting and meeting sales targets.
• To maintain and keep records accurately.

Qualified and experienced electrician with experience in the refurbishment and repair of electrical white goods.

• NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent in delivering training programmes.
• PAT testing qualification.
• Proven experience in people management.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and management.
