DEVELOPMENT OFFICER – 2 POSTS

(FIXED TERM FOR 12 MONTHS TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE)

based at Head Office, Belfast

37 hours per week

Salary: £22,977.66 - £31,566.14 pro rata per annum

A bit about the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for two Development Officers to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme and manage our new developments on site.  These rewarding roles will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our tenants by providing great homes that matter.

These exciting opportunities are for self-motivated individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills, are effective negotiators and have a proven ability to problem solve.


A bit about you

You will need to have a third level qualification and have 2 years experience in a property/construction/estate agency environment.  If you do not have a degree but have 5 years experience in a property/construction/estate agency instead, then you should also consider applying.   You will need to be flexible with your time because this is not a 9-5 job; some work will need carried out outside of core hours.  You will find further details regarding the qualifications, experience and skills to succeed in this role, on the job description and person specification.
