Development Officer DO/01/19

Salary:                                    £22,401 - £26,470 per annum 

Based In:                                Ballymoney

Hours of Work:                     37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum of two years experience working in housing development AND a housing related degree

Or

• minimum 5 years housing development experience
• Full valid driving licence with access to a car or can demonstrate the mobility requirements to fulfil the needs of the post. 

Desirable Criteria:-

• Degree level qualification in housing management or development  
• Membership of professional body
• Experience of developing supported housing for a range of client groups
