Community Pathway Assistant

The Community Pathway Assistant will work as part of a team in delivering the Community Pathway programmes.  This will include the promotion of effective inclusive practice and work with children and young people with additional needs and from diverse backgrounds.  They will support young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential and work with children and young people up to 18 years in a variety of settings
