Communities Officer

Based at: Radius Housing Schemes - Coleraine, Cookstown, Dungannon

Job ref: CO.HO.02

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential criteria:

1. A Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline AND 2 years' experience working in community development OR Applicants with 5 years recent experience working in community development but who do not hold a degree should also apply

2. Experience in monitoring, managing and reporting on budgets in accordance with policies, procedures and external funding requirements.

3. Experience of supporting communities to deliver community plans and/or events

4. Knowledge of best practice in community development and empowerment
