Careworker`s are responsible for providing Domiciliary Care to a range of clients with varying needs and abilities in accordance with Extra Care Policies and Procedures. Domiciliary Care may include routine tasks within or outside the home of the client.

Gavin works an average of 25 hrs per week and takes home £830 per month

Sue works an average of 40 hrs per week and takes home £1400 per month

Essential Criteria:

Own transport with full driving licence and business class Insurance

Access to mobile phone for work purposes

Ability to work on own initiative or as a Team Player

Committed to providing high quality care

An ability to demonstrate a sensitivity and understanding of the needs of vulnerable people.

Satisfactory Enhanced Access NI Clearance

Current Northern Ireland Social Care Council registration (NISCC) or ability to register during recruitment process

2 Work related References

Desirable Criteria:

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or related discipline

6 months paid/unpaid experience caring for dependant adults
