Volunteer Now Enterprises Ltd have teamed up with Louise Brogan, SocialBee NI to organise this workshop on how to use social media, aimed specifically at the voluntary sector.
Are you unsure of your audience, what tone to use in your posts or which social media platforms you should be using? This workshop will cover all that as well as how to use social media platforms, creating content and review what is working.
Also covered will be best practice and guidelines for engaging with followers, encouraging followers/volunteers to share their experiences, managing photographs, how to respond to negativity or issues raised and how to remove negative posts/comments safely.
