This course is designed to assist frontline advisers in their work in supporting benefit claimants who are at risk or who have been sanctioned. The course is intended to help advisers inform and advise clients with the view to avoiding sanctions. Who should attend? This half day course is essential for advisers who wish to assist their clients. A thorough understanding of sanctions will help advisers and their clients better understand, avoid and, where necessary, challenge sanctions. Delegates will require some knowledge of Universal Credit. Date: Belfast 2nd October 2018
