Level 4 Counselling Certificate in Working with Children & Adolescents

This training is suitable for: Counsellors, School Teachers, Social Workers, Nurses, Complimentary Therapists, Community Workers, or anyone who works with children and young people in the community or in another context.

The training will focus on a number of theoretical approaches to working with children and young people, as well as the development of many new skills

Also working with issues such as anxiety, stress and depression in young people. Thoughts and feelings such as these, can drive a young person to attempt to counter negative experiences by drinking alcohol, taking drugs, self harm etc. Of course, many other issues exist which the course will cover.

Contexts: 

This course will be delivered over six weekends

Fridays from 6pm-9pm

Saturdays 9am-4pm
