Learning how to cook more plant based vegan food is so good for your health and wellbeing. It is also a great way to help prevent environmental destruction and to prevent animal cruelty. Many reasons, then, to attend our series of workshops
As more and more people realise the huge benefits of eating a plant based vegan diet this is a great time to learn how to introduce these wonderful foods into your own daily diet.
In this series of four workshops our group of cooks will cover a range of tastes, interests and abilities. So whether you are simply curious about how to start eating more plant based foods or whether you are more drawn to healthy foods in particular or whether you want to satisfy that sweet tooth without using all that dairy and eggs these workshops will show you how. We even have a workshop on how to enjoy Christmas dinner without using animal foods.
We plan for the workshops to be hands on. So working individually or in pairs you will get the chance to prepare your own food and then enjoy the fruit of your labours.
Feel free to choose which workshop or workshops you would like to attend. We offer a reduction if you come to all four.
