Connor McAuley, Managing Director

Connor has been in the business of design and marketing for over 17 years and as the industry landscape changes and adapts so does Connor’s technique. Under Connor’s leadership, Kaizen Brand Evolution has grown from a small Ireland–focused studio to a much larger business working with major international, national and regional clients in London, Dublin, and Belfast. 

Lynsay Spence, Head of Brand

Lynsay has been building brands and directing creative teams for over 12 years. Leading major national and global projects has equipped her to look at a creative problem on a different level, developing strategies that focus on brands reaching audiences. Her astute management skills mean that projects are delivered, on time, on budget and most importantly on brand. She has worked with a diverse range of clients through the years including BBC NI, RSPB, Baker Street, Mount Charles Group and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Believing planning is key to any project, Lynsay gets under the skin of briefs, challenging creative problems to map the best solution for clients

Ryan Stanfield, Design Director

Ryan leads the branding team that create and manage some of Ireland and the UK’s most recognised brands such as Mirror Media, Boojum and Slim’s Healthy Kitchen. After numerous years in branding agencies Ryan has learnt that designing for the client, building relationships and getting to the core of the business is key when undertaking any brief. Here at Kaizen Brand Evolution he makes sure that the studio output is contemporary and inventive. His approach allows the team to grow and clients to lead in their field.
