Home-Start supports families by offering weekly volunteer support in the home and at our weekly family group.
We support families who are isolated, parents living with post natal depression, illness or disability, support children's development and help families access services, support parents dealing with challenging behaviours, or break up of last term relationships or families who have experienced domestic violence. Also families with several pre-school children or multiple births.
Volunteers offer support, friendship and practical help to families in their own home or at family group which provides a morning of activities for parents to enjoy with their child/children.
