Training Office & General ServicesI provide governance and risk management training and facilitation to organisations their Boards and staff. I also provide an independent examination of annual accounts, and a governance, internal audit and risk management consultancy service.
I provide assistance for organisations / groups wishing to apply for charity registration, including support deciding on an appropriate legal structure and dealing with the Charity Commission. I can assist with drafting or revising your governing documents: constitutions, company memorandum & articles of association. I provide governance and risk management training and faciliation to not for profit/charity and public sector organisations; their boards / committees and staff. This training is usually delivered in 3 hour sessions, tailored to meet your specific requirements and delivered at your premises.
