Join me for a welcoming and uplifting day focusing on your own self-care. All too often this is neglected as we are so involved in caring for others either in our work or day to day life. Whilst we know we need to prioritise self-care due to the negative impact of therapeutic practice, we may not prioritise it as much as we should. This unique workshop provides a space to reflect on how therapeutic practice can be transformative in ways that are positive and enriching.
