East Belfast Network Centre has excellent recently renovated office suites to let at very reasonable rates to the following: Community sector based in East Belfast; Voluntary sector delivering a service in East Belfast; Social enterprise sector either based in or delivering a service in East Belfast; Statutory organisations delivering a service in East Belfast.
East Belfast Network Centre is situated on the tree lined Templemore Avenue and is a refurbished B2 listed building which opened in 1926 as a public elementary school.
All the offices are painted and carpeted, fully furnished with desks, office chairs, storage cupboards and meeting tables (where space allows) and are set up to best accommodate your needs. The offices are on the first floor of a two storey building accessed by stairs and/or a lift.
There are currently 3 offices available; one is 105sq mtrs (1030sq ft); one which is 56sq mtrs (603sq ft) and one which is 44sq mtrs (474sq ft). Total charges for the available space is one cost which covers rent, heat, light, telephone, internet access and cleaning of communual areas.
The building has full disabled access, staff kitchen and staff room facilities. Parking is on street. Templemore Avenue is well serviced by local public transport in the form of buses along Newtownards Road and Albertbridge Road with a 5min walk to the centre or by train from Titanic Station which is a 10 minute walk. A number of community and voluntary sector organisations are currently tenants in the building.
At an additional hire cost, with competitive rates for tenants, there is also, on site, the following:
- Meeting room which can accommodate 20-50 people depending on layout and has wifi presentation facilities
- Board room which can accommodate up to 22 people and has wifi presentation facilities.
- Conference hall which can accommodate up to 170 people and has a stage, sound, presentation facilities and lighting system.
There is also a cafe on site open to the public as well as staff of the organisations based in the building who receive a 20% discount on all purchases. The cafe also provides all catering provision for meeting room hire is made.
The accommodation will be available from 1st April 2017.
