Closing date is:
20 Oct 2017
PBNI invites applications from organisations that can meet the requirements and deliver on the objectives of the programme in the Community and Voluntary Sector.

Emotional Well-being / Recovery November 2017- March 2018

PBNI is committed to promoting an innovative and problem solving approach to reducing re-offending in Northern Ireland. Psychological interventions with a focus on recovery, emotional well-being and mindfulness are becoming increasingly popular within Criminal Justice. This type of programme has the potential to address a number of psychological and emotional processes that are related to the ‘dynamic’ risk factors associated with offending behaviour (Howells et al (2010), Shonin et al (2013)).

PBNI invite submissions from organisations in the Community and Voluntary Sector who can demonstrate an ability to share practice and support the development and delivery of an Emotional Well-being/Recovery programme specifically designed for those who have come into contact with the Criminal Justice System, who can demonstrate measurable outcomes, and have a regional reach into local communities. Further detail is set out in the application form (see link below).

The successful applicant will deliver the required service initially from 1st  November 2017 – 31 March 2018.

The grant award for this service will be made on the basis of merit demonstrated by the content and quality of the submitted application.
