Invitation to Tender For Evaluation report

BYTES invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals, collectives or organisations to tender for the research and writing of an external evaluation report of an On Street Presence & Engagement Programme, an Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council & PCSP funded project delivered by BYTES.

The On Street Presence & Engagement Programme is funded by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council & PCSP. It began in June 2016 and will end in March 2019. We wish to commission an external evaluation to report on the work of the On Street Presence & Engagement Programme. This evaluation project should commence in September 2016, taking into account programme work from June 2016, to be completed by April 2019.
